Shipping
Typically, your products will ship within 1-5 business days from our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. Standard ground delivery is normally an additional 3-5 business days. You designate the priority of your delivery, next day air, second day air, or ground delivery. Charges are calculated based on current UPS rates. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days according to UPS guidelines.
Hawaii and Alaska orders: Customers ordering from these locations must choose to have their order shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
International Orders: For International orders and shipping, please call our Customer Service center at 317-610-2069 to talk with a customer service representative to assure the best possible shipping price.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from VikingsLockerRoom.com. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return.
The VikingsLockerRoom.com will accept merchandise return / exchange under the following conditions:
*All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by the VikingsLockerRoom.com before shipping any merchandise to our Customer Service Center. To receive a return authorization number, please call the Vikings Locker Room Customer Service Center at 1-877-VIKES-11 (1-877-845-3711) during business hours. *For returns/exchanges we offer the following two options. - Product may be returned in method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.
- At your request we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return authorization). If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.
*If you are returning FootJoy Golf Shoes, please see the next section.
*If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label. Standard shipping rates apply on the reshipment of an exchanged item. *Please note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package to expedite processing of your return/exchange. *Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, you will be charged a $25.00 re-stock fee. *All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense. NOTE: CDs, DVDs or other electronic media may only be returned if in the original unopened package. Undergarments are non-returnable. *Due to the collectible nature and high value of Personalized Jerseys, Memorabilia and Auction categories, these items are non-returnable. All sales are final. *NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
Golf Shoes
Due to the custom nature and high value of our Golf Shoes, these items are only returnable to the vendor. Please return golf shoes to FootJoy within 30 days of delivery. Please contact FootJoy Customer Service at 1-800-596-1003 for return information. Hours of operation are from 8AM-6PM Eastern Time Monday- Friday.
- Separate the Packing List/ Return Form at the perforation. Keep the "MyJoys Order Summary" for your records.
- Let us know why you are returning your shoes in the "MyJoys Return Detail" area below.
- Provide your email address and daytime phone number in case we have any questions.
- Include the "MyJoys Return Detail" portion of this form in the box you are returning.
- Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible)
- Affix pre-printed label on the reverse side of this form to the outside of the box. It is your responsibility to send your return to FootJoy. Shipping will not be credited and we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service such as FedEx.
